About

OUR ROOTS

The concept of the training company (E.E.) was born in Europe. It took its present form after the Second World War. In 1995, a first training company was established outside the European territory: Artmérik was born at O’Sullivan College, on Saint-Jean Street. Since then, it has grown rapidly worldwide.

The training enterprise is one of the most innovative, effective and comprehensive workforce training measures to support skills development, rapid return to work and sustainable retention in the labor market.

Since 1995 and to date, more than 12,000 Quebeckers have attended them for an average participation of ten weeks, before returning to the labor market in a proportion of over 80%.

More recently, the concept has adapted in Canada to teaching in educational institutions to support educational activities. In addition to programs such as “Accounting and Management Technology” and “Business Management”, the instructional training company allows students to gain knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship.
